Terms and Conditions

By renting a vehicle from Suited Rentals, the Renter (Customer) agrees to the following  Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before signing a rental agreement or taking possession of a vehicle.

1. Rental Requirements 

To rent a vehicle from Suited Rentals, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Present a valid U.S. drivers license
• Provide your Last 4 social security numbers (for identification purposes only)
• Pay a refundable direct deposit
• Agree to these Terms and any additional conditions set forth in the Rental Agreement

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins when you take possession of the vehicle and ends when the vehicle is returned and checked in by Suited Rentals

• Late returns may result inn additional charges.
• Extensions must be requested and approved in advanced.
• Early returns do not entitle the Renter to a refund for unused time.

3. Vehicle Use Restrictions

Your agree to operate the rental vehicle safely and legally, You may not:

• Use the vehicle off-road or for racing
• Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances
• Exceed occupancy or weight limits

4. Insurance and Liability

You are required to:

• Be responsible for any and all damages, losses, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period, regardless of fault (unless otherwise covered by insurance)

You may be held financially responsible for:

• Deductibles
• Loss of use
• Towing or impound fees
• Administrative fees related to damage claims

5. Fuel, Mileage, and Maintenance

• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup. A refueling fee may apply if not.
• Mileage limits may apply depending on the rental agreement, excess mileage fees may be charged.
• You must report any issues or damage immediately and avoid driving the vehicle if it is unsafe.

6. Fees and Charges

By entering into this agreement, you authorize Suited Rentals to charge your payment method for:

• Rental charges and deposits
• Late return fees
• Fuel, cleaning, and smoking fees
• Damage, loss, or violation penalties
• Toll and traffic violation fees

7.  Cancelation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may qualify for a full or partial refund.
• No-shows or same day cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit or full charge, at our discretion.

8. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described.

9. Termination

Suited Rentals reserves the right to cancel or terminate a rental at any time due to:

• Non-compliance with these Terms
• Unsafe or inappropriate behavior
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Pennsylvania.

11 Amendments.

Suited Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting or notification to customers.
